Beautifully crafted and handmade square plate that features glass that is hand cut and fused at high temperatures and then kiln-fired a second time to slump into a dish form. The glass chosen is a beautiful streaky green opaque glass with accents of yellow and white, alongside transparent turquoise. The added flowers in different greens are pieces of glass that are made prior to the dish. Each flower is individually pressed with powdered glass and then kiln fired to solidify and strengthen the glass. Once the flowers are made, they can then be added to any design and finished with an additional firing to add a unique flair and one-of-a-kind appearance with a textured or raised look. Dish measures approximately 7" x 7" x 3/4".
